Colon Cleansing

I am in dire need of a colon cleanse because laxatives don’t work and i drink LOTS of water and get LOTS of fiber. I am looking for the best and safest colon cleanse that also aids in weight loss. It seems that Oxy-powder is the best, but it causes diarrhea. I need to be able to control my bowels. Has anyone who has used this not been able to? I also don’t want tons of gas and diarrhea…so should i not choose oxy-powder? What is the best colon cleanse??
